I am married to my best friend, Glenn and have 2 precious sons, Eddie and Nick as well as 2 wonderful daughters, Sydney and Tessa and a great stepson, Will.
I grew up right here in Chester and was raised by my wonderful, God-loving parents in Chester Baptist Church.
I am currently a member of Ironbridge Baptist Church. I have been blessed through the years to be able to teach in Sunday School, AWANA, Fun with Faith and W.O.W.
Heidi Hayes
Hi, my name is Connie Howle. My husband Ron and I have been married for eighteen years, and we have one beautiful daughter Brittany. I was inspired by God through Tamara Tatum to lead a Fun With Faith club when my daughter started first grade. I was blessed with the opportunity to teach over 50 girls and boys about God’s word from first through sixth grades. I was blessed by God to continue teaching young ladies through middle school, and now as freshman in high school.
My family moved to Chester, VA in 2002. We have attended Ironbridge Baptist Church since that time. God has allowed my husband and me to be very involved and active in working with children of all ages through our work, community and church.

Anna Hebb
I am married to Parish Hebb and have three beautiful daughters Victoria Louise, Vivian Grace, and Valentina Parish. My parents, Tom and Louise Lloyd also live with us in the beautiful town of Chester, VA. Our family attends Clover Hill Assembly of God in Chesterfield, VA.
I started Woman of Worth approximately 14 years ago with my oldest daughter Victoria who is now 23 years old. Her first graduating class has graduated from various colleges and has moved on in their very successful careers and some have married and have children. They continue to meet and support each other, which is totally awesome! Since that time many cell groups have formed and we have AWESOME LEADERS! Currently we have six cell groups of WOW running under the leadership of Anna Hebb, Heidi Hayes (2 groups), Connie Howle, Tamara Tatum, and the original WOW group! God is good! The idea of small groups studying God's Word was established in my heart as a Fun with Faith leader for three years when Victoria was in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.
I remember the day the Holy Spirit inspired or impressed on my heart to start a mentoring group and even producing the name in my heart with the sunflower as the '0'. I was praying to God at my kitchen table about my sadness over the passing of my mentor of many years, Inez McKay, to cancer. In her funeral bulletin was a poem about becoming a woman of worth and it was so clear that God was saying to carry her legacy on - MENTOR, LOVE, SHARE JESUS WITH ADOLESCENT GIRLS!
Our sweet girls are at a tender age of impression, and need courageous women to share the love of Jesus, and His promises during a time the world is trying so hard to pull them away from His love. I currently work as a school social worker for Chesterfield County Public Schools. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work along with my Licensed Clinical Social Work. I recently graduated with my doctorate in educational leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. I love Jesus very much, and His Grace has been overwhelming in my life. More recently, I've been led to share that love and grace in writing: arrestedbygrace.wordpress.com I would love for you to join me in discussion of His love in our lives and His overwhelming mercies that are new each morning! AMEN!
